Crime in Chicago

For my CS102 - Working with Data class at Stanford, my partner and I explored how various factors interact with a crime in the city of Chicago.

For this project, we examined the intersections of crime and multiple socioeconomic indicators such as income and education. Chicago is organized into 77 community areas (official neighborhoods) and 50 wards (municipal districts). By examining the socioeconomic indicators within these areas, we were better able to analyze crime patterns in the different parts of the city.
